Just sign up Canvas Living, choose your preferred level of Canvas Lifestyle and we will contact you with current availability in one our Canvas Living communities. Rent your home then purchase at a pre agreed price after five years. Select from Canvas Living Fixed Rent, Hybrid or Max Deposit Flexible Plans. You will have the right to purchase after five years of renting your home.

Emma’s Choice_ Fixed Rent Plan

I can fix my rent for five years and know that any improvements I make in my flat aren’t going to be wasted if I go on to purchase my flat. I have opted for the Fixed Rent Canvas Living Flexible Plan.

I can enjoy my rental flat as if it were my own from day one. No limitations on decoration or interior design but I know if I do not proceed with the sale my prepayment will be used to refurbish the property.

Retains flexibility to purchase the property at the pre agreed price, I can save a deposit for my mortgage knowing the final price of the flat wont change

Will’s Choice_ Hybrid Plan

I’ve opted for the Hybrid Canvas Living Flexible Plan. I can fix my rent for five years at a 20% uplift knowing that this reduces my deposit as Canvas Living contribute 5% of my deposit.

I also know my prepayment will be used to offset against the purchase cost of the property further reducing my deposit burden.

I will complete the purchase after five years knowing that whilst I’m renting, all my furniture and improvements I’ve made will create added value, if I ever decide to sell.

Amelie’s Choice_ Max Deposit Plan

I’ve opted for the Max Deposit Canvas Living Flexible Plan. I can fix my rent for five years at a 20% uplift PLUS a fixed value of 120% of the market value of the flat.

With the right lender this means I wont have to pay any, or much, deposit as Canvas Living contribute 10% of my deposit with this plan.

I also know I can pay the uplifted monthly payments and am happy to pay more for the flat knowing that the majority if not all of my deposit will be covered when it comes to purchase in five years.

I can get on with my lifestyle knowing that I do not have to save for a substantial deposit.

It’s my home from day one.
